One more day before our trips! Today I will be posting about what to wear to Airports. My usual airport-outfit is leggings, mini full skirt and sweater or oversized jacket. Looking chic and feeling comfortable at the airport is no easy task. I found a couple of airport-outfit ideas from Pinterest, weheartit and Instagram. What do you think? Would you wear it?
MUST HAVE #1: SWEATERS
Perfect travel companion is sweater or jacket (easier to remove at security checkpoint). But I prefer an oversized sweater for long flight so it won’t be too uncomfortable if I feel hot suddenly.
MUST HAVE #2: STRETCH TROUSERS OR JEANS
You will want a pair that will look flattering and will withstand awkward position (hello, too narrow cabin seat!) and potential layover nap.
MUST HAVE #3: TANKS OR TEES
I love to wear thin white tank or tee underneath sweaters or coats when travelling. These pieces will give extra warmth in cold terminal. If stuck on a hot tarmac, tank or tee are also wearable on their own.
MUST HAVE #4: SUNNIES AND SLOUCHY BAG
For obvious reason, sunglasses and unstructured bag (that can fits your passport, wallet and extra clothes) are must haves.
MUST HAVE #5: BEATS AND IPOD
Everyone hates delayed flights. Music serves as the perfect travel companion, you can even read or play (candy crush, everyone?) when the weather suddenly acted up and cause delays.
MUST HAVES #6: BOOTS
Not too high, just the one with the barely there heels. Opt for one that has zippers, easier to put on and take off on a long flight (you can use the complementary sandals if you need to go to the lavatory).
MUST HAVE #7: STRUCTURED BAG
If you’re travelling on business, it’s best to bring along one (or two) structured bag for meetings and business lunches or dinners. Add twilly or an accessories so it won’t looked “meh”. Just don’t over-accessorised it.
