Love is in the air, wedding bells are ringing ❤︎ Last week might not be the happiest I’ve ever felt, but for my cousin, it might be his happiest time yet. Congratulations, my dearest cousin. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zu deiner Hochzeit ❤︎
The wedding lunch was celebrated at the famous revolving restaurant Tóng Lè Private Dining. We had a super delish 7-course menu.
Chilled Sliced Australian Green Lip Abalone with Japanese Sake topped with Kaluga Queen Caviar
I usually avoid raw unfamiliar food; but the abalone tasted surprisingly nice (a little bit like bacon) and I actually eat the caviar (another #forthefirsttimeinforever)
Braised Cave Bird’s Nest with Crab Meat in Winter Melon Purée topped with Black Truffle
While waiting for our next course : diners could complete a panoramic tour of the Marina Bay area within two short hours.
Traditional-style Steamed French Yellow Spring Chicken Served on Lotus Leaf
Chef’s Homemade Sorbet : super sour but super good
Braised King Fish Maw accompanied with Chinese Yam
Poached Australian Lobster with Charcoal Noodles in Seafood Broth
Yam Paste topped with Coconut Ice-cream served in Young Coconut
This might be one of the best dessert I have ever had. The purple-colored leaf was actually edible and super crunchy ❤︎
